Great book with amazing guidance

Solid fitness guide!

I got this for my father who is looking to improve his strength and balance! It can be difficult to talk about fitness to older folks but this book does a good job in giving insight on how the body needs exercise no matter what age and to see what your missing out on if you don't! It addresses various exercises that are very practical that will boost your overall fitness while being safe, very important for older people. The narration delivered the content very well and at a good pace. Highly recommended to those that want to optimize your body at an older age for great benefits! 5 stars!

Excellent workout options for us seniors

It is good to know that we seniors can do short workouts and still benefit. Moving is vital to everyone's health, especially as we get older. Thanks for such excellent advice. The attached PDF helps a lot.

Useful Excersices

I bought this book to use with my patients. Im an in home nurse i enjoy doing these excersises with them as it helps them become stronger physically but also grows our bond and trust. After a couple of weeks my patients report higher energy and more joy!

great book for seniors!!

loved this book and motivated me to exercise for maintaining healthy body. liked how it explains each exercise steps in details and narrator was good, also. highly recommend this book to seniors to motivate themselves to light work out!!
