NATURE IS A GREAT HEALER!!
I was overjoyed to receive this audiobook because I grew up in the country and was taught the importance of herbs at an early age. Particularly when access to conventional medicine is limited or nonexistent, herbal remedies are vital. I have personal experience with this.
Western medicine, in my opinion, has a role, but it's frequently used as a last resort. Nature is a great healer! This audiobook contains all the information you need to get started on your natural health journey, including what herbs to use and when, herbal recipes with detailed directions, and all the advantages!
I appreciated that the author also mentioned certain safety measures: Excellent narrator and well-written.

!00% what I was looking for!
As someone who’s fascinated by holistic medicine I’m blown away by this book. I use to be a Board Certified Massage Therapist before I changed careers and this is in alignment with the holistic medicine I studied. A myriad of holistic practicers would greatly benefit from listing to this and following along with the impressive PDF bonus.
This is the real deal and I highly recommend it!

A great guide for understanding herbs
I’ve been considering taking a course on herbalism, but this book saved me $$$$s! It's of huge value to beginners and herbal pros alike.
It breaks down each herb in an easy-to-understand way. If you're looking for a specific herb, you’ll learn what part of the plant to use, seeds, leaf, etc., how it’s grown, its benefits, and everything you need to know about it! You'll also find lots of recipes for your herbal healing journey.

A beautiful alternative
As someone who grew up in the countryside and who learned about the value of herbs from a young age, I was quite thrilled to receive this audiobook. Herbal treatments are invaluable especially when there is little or no access to conventional medicine. I experienced this first-hand.
The concept of herbal energetics explained in Chapter 4 of the audiobook is particularly interesting. Knowledge of this information is liberating and invaluable to those who find themselves needing home treatment for a range of issues. It is information that parents should have as they care for their children. I found very useful the information on herbal remedies outlined in the final chapter of this audiobook; it is a fitting end to an interesting text.

Comprehensive Guide
This Herbalism for Beginners audiobook is a comprehensive guide for anyone who wants to start getting into herbalism. The author gets into everything everyone needs to know to begin this journey from the history of herbalism, methods, and practical uses, to the over 40 types of herbs that can be used. I even liked how they touched on foraging as a method for procuring one's herbs.
Some of the methods of use include making tinctures, external applications, food, and more. If you have an ailment, there are several treatments available using the herbs outlined in the audiobook. The narrator does a phenomenal job at pacing and enunciating so I could understand the jargon and what was being said.
The audiobook even has an accompanying PDF of the ebook to go with it. There's so much value in one. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to dip their toes into this practice that has been used for thousands of years.

A Holistic Approach to Health
Allopathic medicine treats symptoms. It doesn't resolve root causes. Using wonderful natural remedies for health is definitely what I prefer. As a nutrition practitioner, I strive to help the body function optimally without drugs, and herbs certainly are an avenue. Simple things such as increasing your antioxidants, and reducing inflammation can more easily be accomplished with herbs that won't give you detrimental side effects as most drugs do. If you're not familiar with the power of healing naturally with herbs, and you don't know some of the basic solutions to common health concerns that can be resolved, you owe it to yourself to get this book!

Helpful and detailed guide for beginner herbalists
Super helpful, detailed, and excellent book for someone who is interested in herbalism. The information is thorough, concise, and clear. I loved how there's a summary for each of the major herbs and their medicinal and other properties. This is a resource I can refer to again and again and is a great introduction to this fascinating field of study. The content is presented in an organized fashion and is easy to listen to. Would recommend.

Loved this book!
This book is one of my favourite on this topic. Being someone who is constantly looking for healthier, more natural ways to live and nourish myself and my family, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The author did a tremendous job of outlining key herbs that can be used to treat common ailments, how to mix herbs safely and the ones to be taken as part of your diet and the ones to be applied topically.
Highly recommend!
