Spectacular
I listen and reference back to this audible/ book every other week or month. It's just that helpful. I've been looking for ways to keep healthy but couldn't find the correct approach. This book gave me simple, realistic, and organic ways to keep my body nourished with so many examples to follow. I absolutely enjoyed it, and I am so grateful to listen to this audible whenever I'm slacking in my health routine or not feeling motivated.

Everyone Can Benefit from this Book!
I didn't expect this book to be so informative. I really enjoyed listening to it as I found that it gave many tips to help me with my day to day. I always found it difficult trying to figure out what foods were the best for me. After learning about the body systems and what is needed for each of these systems to perform their best, I learned what types of foods would help me.
This book can benefit anyone trying to live a happier, healthier lifestyle through holistic and nutrition. I believe its a must read!!

Highly Recommended!
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking at trying to better their overall health and wellness. This book was fun and easy to listen to. I took a lot away from it since I am new to the whole Holistic Health aspect. I love how she discusses a holistic approach together with nutrition. I have many issues and now I feel more informed about what I can do to help my ailments. I recommend this to anyone whose struggling with nutritional differences!
