Bummed
I wish I had read the other reviews before I bought this title. I thought this was Peter Andrei’s How Highly Effective People Speak. Theses two authors have identical titles. I was hoping for anecdotes, examples, theories and practical strategies. I am so bummed that I cannot return this selection and that Audible doesn’t offer Andrei’s version.
