There are so many different weight loss gimmicks, tricks and programs and it's easy to get lost in the confusion. I became interested in researching different weight loss information because I needed it for myself. I used to be skinny and could eat anything I wanted without gaining a pound. Then that changed to the point of me struggling just to lose ten pounds. I realized that in a year's time, I had gained 60 pounds. Reality did not hit me until I stepped on a scale. It was heart wrenching. I felt so unattractive and loss confidence in myself. I tried workout plan after workout plan and nothing worked. Eventually, I finally found a way to lose weight. After trying so many different gimmicks, I finally found the right way.

Yes several actually, but the main thing was how difficult I thought losing weight was. Its actually all in the mind, and the steps in here shows you how to gain confidence and lose weight at the same time, and maintain and keep the weight off!

I loved both equally!

I loved this book so much I got a copy for my girlfriend Tammy, She and I both struggle with weight management so this was just what we needed, I dont do reviews a lot but I felt the need to express my thoughts and let everyone know how great this book is!!

Got my sexy back!!
Which scene was your favorite?
I can say this book has changed my outlook on life, Struggling with weight is no joke. I've always been what you call a yo-yo dieter. My weight would go up and down, literally all my life. With this book I was able to change my life literally, Ive lost 30lbs following the suggestions in this book, WITHOUT the help of diet pills. All natural. My confidence has really boost lately!

Filled with Joy right now, April gets it!! Her techniques in this book are phenomenal, Im so glad I did purchase this book, I was skeptical thinking it was just another book that claimed to have the "secret" to weight loss, but I still purchased anyway and Im so glad i did!!

Happiness is internal!
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would because I feel as though this book really digs to the root of weight issues
What about Marie Hoffman’s performance did you like?
I really loved Marie's style and her voice. It was very comforting and understanding if that makes sense.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The main thing was how April dug deep to explain the source of weight issues, a lot of times its more than just "Food" and she helped me understand that my weight isn't necessarily the main issue all the time. Great tips, God bless you April, this book will help people all over!
