The good starting point for beginners
This book is great at explaining and giving reasonable guidelines and sample plans. Good recipes for when not fasting. I loaned my copy to a friend who was having trouble getting started, and she said this book made all the difference for her.

Amazing Book
This book step by step guide is very helpful for me. I am following this book instruction now I make Low-Carb recipes. The information is truly geared towards the beginner and breaks down the basics so that a newbie can jump right in and feel confident in the fasting process.
