Good examples for real life change

Ms Power did a good job of detailing various aspects of a relationship and the things that can make them go wrong or never happen. Things have hat you weren’t aware were stumbling blocks. I especially liked that she helped you envision what you would do or say if you didn’t have that stumbling block by giving examples.

pop psychology

Just the same old "you gotta love yourself first" silly advice. It's not worth listening. plus a pretty harsh Australian accent.
