Great read
We can be pulled in so many directions in all of the different relationships in life to a point where some relationships can become draining instead of fulfilling. Setting Boundaries With Friends is a great tool to recognize the importance of boundaries and self care. Although this book focuses on friendships the principles can be applied to all relationships in creating a positive environment for everyone. I highly recommend.

Great addition!!!
Having boundaries is a way of having healthy meaningful relationships and not having ones that are toxic. The author explained how setting boundaries make you a better friend, how to recognize red flags that will endanger your friendship, how to express your value of the friendship and how knowing how to set boundaries with friends isn't about hurting feelings, it’s about respect. I really enjoyed how this book was lay out, it’s simple, well researched and educational. A great addition to any library.

Very good information
Young people especially can learn from this book. The author talks about boundaries between friends. It is good to communicate your expectations. If friends are needy or manipulative, and most of the giving is done by you, that is not a good thing. I love this saying - Saying no to others is saying yes to your needs. She talks about boundary pushers, judgmental, victim, and competitive friends, She mentions friends that enter your life "for a season for a reason". The author suggests to take a break from a friendship if there are major problems, to determine if the friendship can be salvaged.

A key listen for strengthening friendship!
Setting boundaries with your friends was an informative listen. Toxic friendships are harmful to all parties involved. This work does a nice job defining boundaries. We are who we hang out with. This is highly important in society to be with friends who can lift you up and actually be there for you when needed. Superb work with beautiful narration!

Boundaries With Friends
Setting boundaries with friends can help us to feel a sense of structure around them. As a result, we feel emotionally safe if the boundaries are adhered to. It also gives us a clear sense of self. Boundaries help us to feel relaxed and to flourish with friends. Avoid emotionally draining friends. Losing myself in toxic male friendships was a common problem when I was a teenager. Now I understand why. This book will help you with setting boundaries and protecting yourself emotionally while creating healthy friendships for an uplifted life.

I think this book is a must read for everyone. Many people suffer from hurts and unmet expectation because they don't know how to set boundaries. I found this book beneficial and enlightening. Highly recommended!

Really good!
Such a difficult topic which causes so much relationship tension but so well researched and presented. Filled with great advice, tips and tools to manage countless relationship situations. Good discussion on triggers and toxic relationships and what to do about them. Such a healthy perspective in general and such sound and well thought out advice across the board. I highly recommend this book. Deffinitley the best I have read on the topic. You can only strengthen your relationships by listening to this. Five out of five.

Importance of boundaries in relationships!
What is True Friendship? Do you know the actual meaning of friendship? True relationship makes you to feel save and boundaries create invisible line that separates who you are and your friend. This book will help you to maintain your inviduality in friendship.
It is easy to make friends but it is very hard to maintain your friendship in boundaries.
Every relationship demands respect and boundaries Although every relation is different but requires the same thing. In this world, friendship is the most beautiful and safe relationship. I like this audiobook and I will advise to all!
