Can We Tell Ourselves It Gets Easier?

When I look back on my life and the relationships I have been in, some ended well, others didn't, some I ended, and some I didn't. It was never easy, no matter what the specifics of the breakup were. This book could have helped me over the years, and I hope I won't go through another breakup. I will, however, share the book with others though. You can tell that the author has walked the walk. The book has valuable suggestions on coping habits that help to build confidence. Some of the book's highlights are not dwelling on the pain but instead self-reflection, personal growth, and keeping your emotions in check. Very Helpful and Good Resource!

Whenever I aim to achieve something, I forget the purpose of recovering. I must say, "I can do anything if I point my mind to it."
