The content was good, made sense and was easy to follow. The reading though sounded automated with puzzling inflections.

Good content, but odd reading

Helped me understand that there are better ways to deal with anxiety. Very thought provoking. I will read this over again and keep it as a resource to help me choose how to deal or possibly even to avoid or mitigate the stressors of our modern world. Very well written. Thank you for a very helpful book!

as a licensed clinical social worker, I have found this book to be a great tool for anyone that suffers from anxiety. it gives great examples of interventions, different types/styles of interventions and also history about where anxiety comes from which I believe also helps for people to understand what they have and that it is not their fault. I recommend this book to anyone in the field of therapy and for anyone who suffers from anxiety.

overall great book

Not a fan at all, I had to stop and think and force myself to make it to the end, with the hope that there would be a nugget of gold somewhere but it never came.
