Eye opening

This is the best book that I have ever read. It accurately depicts how we can get caught in an addictive relationship and why we struggle to get out. This book makes you realize why it is critical to get out of a relationship like this and provides a roadmap on how to get out of it.

Excellent Book - Very Helpful!

I'm so happy I found this book. I'm in the middle of ending a bad relationship and needing the strength to follow through....this book helped tremendously. I'm looking forward to listening again a few more times. Especially once I'm into my own place and going through the withdrawal period I know will come. The narration was great as well.
Thanks so much Dr. Halpern and Mr. Pratt!

Give it time

There are thought provoking questions that assist with guiding you towards healthy Relationships. At first I was about to give up on the book. Kept listening and glad I did. I’d listen again to address the questions etc.
