Relatable stories of people who struggling in relationships and after a breakup

I really enjoyed the stories of people who face similar challenges and examples of how they change their perspectives to improve their self-awareness and grow from their pain. I feel much better after listening to this. This book will help more than going to therapy in some cases, this book has helped me overcome some of my symptoms after my breakup and understand my addiction with the people I have a relationship with. Highly recommend listening best of luck on your recovery.

Practical application and tools that benefit everyone!

The practical examples and exercises were great and so helpful.

This is an excellent resource for anyone going through a break up and having a difficult time moving forward.

I enjoyed Dr Warren’s style of writing which wasn’t too clinical and was perfect for the non-clinical listener.

I highly recommend this listen!
