Great info to finally help push me past a running plateau

I've been running for 20 years, but have only recently started to take it a bit more seriously, and have just begun educating myself and paying attention to things like race strategy. After having plateaued in my shorter distance races (5 & 10k) I used the techniques in this book to finally run better races, and unlock race finish times that I didn't even know were available to me. I recently took a full 6 minutes off my 10k and 3 minutes off my 5k time in the course of a month (while moving into warmer weather season) after feeling "stuck" for years. I attribute 99% of my recent success to educating myself about pacing and race strategy. This book is so simple yet has been a game changer for me. I have been recommending it to everyone.
