About this listen

Discover the blueprint used by Olympic gold medalists and world record holders to achieve their best performances. Andrew Snow, a powerhouse in the running community with over 27 years of experience offers his highly acclaimed, results-proven triphasic model that runners have used to set lifetime PRs from the 5K to the marathon in as little as three months—even in their 40s and 50s!

Run Elite presents a concise structure that allows you to customize world-class training to your specific needs. You'll be able to predictably peak your performance on race day, even if you’ve been stuck at a plateau, injured, or believe you’re past your prime.

But it’s not just about the physical training: you’ll transform the way you approach your running by modeling the mindset techniques of the world’s best. You’ll finally have a clear approach for how to condition your mind to go beyond what is “reasonable” and reach your full potential—and it isn’t just about “pushing hard”!

With new insights from recent research done by the US Military and Stanford University on improving performance in as little as six weeks, you’ll get your hands on the tools that until now, only elites had access to.

Now’s the time. Train smarter, change your approach, and run faster than you think possible.

Amazing for all runners

I subscribe to Andrew on YouTube and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book as I work on coming back from an injury and building my base for another marathon! He goes into so much detail on what it takes to run like an elite. I had to purchase the physical book!

One of the best...ever

I started reading this book after the California International Marathon on my flight home. I have run my whole life, from high school through college at a division I school, and I've read pretty much every book there is on training theory. This has immediately jumped to the top of my list as one of the most practical and useful books on training, mindset & nutrition that I have ever read. I'm already halfway through on my second listen. I can't recommend it enough.

Simple applicable understandable

Be careful what you wish for. This makes training and thinking attainable! If you buy this and absorb it you will be faced with a crossroad that will make what you say you want available then you have to DECIDE TO DO. Andrew removes all imaginary barriers and makes you see yourself and what it is you really want. My life will never be the same… thank God.

Thank you for the PR!

I’ve read a ton of running books, but this one is hands down the most helpful and applicable to how I structure my running. After listening to it and learning about the triphasic model, I feel confident in creating my own training plans. I love that I now have clear goals for each phase of my training and each individual run.

I started listening to this book halfway through training for a fall marathon. I quickly put the book and the triphasic model into action, and I was able to pull of a big PR! I’m excited to use what I learned in this book for my next race.

I’ve been recommending this book to all my running buddies. I plan to revisit it regularly as I plan my future training blocks.
