Lots of gems in here

Content was great! Wish they included the many tables referenced, beyond just the training plans.

Great listen!

I liked the inclusion. I’m an older runner and there was lots of take aways for me. Great performance.

Talking in Circles

Author repeats and talk in circles a LOT! There is some good information but it could be covered in a much shorter book if he didn't repeat each idea/principle many times. Was very disappointed in this book and definitely wouldn't recomend.
