First, I purchased the audiobook then I purchased the soft cover paperback book. I am pouring through both of them regularly, because the material is so rich with insight and action steps. Great, and educational read. The title says it’s for the “new sales professional”. I believe this is for any sales professional to continue to rehearse the basics. 

It was so easy to understand and follow. Lots of common sense, tools for success in the business.

Content is quite OK but this writer should have left the job to a well rested Narrator, and I can't stand "ECKK-CE-TERA", wtf
