About this listen

JD Duncan loves his family and likes to be left alone. When America is attacked, JD is 20 miles from home, and is forced to walk back on foot. With help from his son Jack, he returns to find his town quickly descending into chaos. The Duncan family moves to a nearby farm, with trouble finding them at every turn.

America has been infiltrated by terrorists. With coordinated attacks on the country’s infrastructure, the US is quickly brought to its knees.

When a civilized society breaks down and there are no laws, how will you survive? Will you be a sheep, a wolf, or a sheepdog who kills the wolves to protect their sheep?

This is a story about a family struggling to survive and fight the evil forces surrounding them, while also trying to maintain their humanity and not become like those they are fighting against.

Infiltrated is book one in the America Overrun series. A post-apocalyptic survival series.

Not terrible

It was very mundane. Narrative was choppy. It sounded like the story was going down a check list. The narrator put me to sleep.

Can’t wait until the next one!

Absolutely loved everything about this audible book. It grabbed me on the first page and didn't let go. I just love everything about JD and the other characters. The narrator Stone Smith is fabulous throughout the whole book. I look forward to more from this author and narrator. Can’t wait for the next installment:)

"Infiltrated", a wonderful story on family oriented neighbors just lookin to take care of their own.

Let me start on how relatable and spot on "Infiltrated" was to my experience growing up with a family member/ role model who was a prepper. The unique tones of the voice over artist (Stone Smith) captured the characters perfectly making me feel right at home in the amazing narrative. Thus while listening to the story of "Infiltrated" unfold, all the while hearing alot of the common themes I was taught about being a prepper, being portrayed into the highlights and constructs of "Infiltrated" was very exciting and thought provoking. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to "Infiltrated " and literally was done in less than a day. Big shout out to John Graham and Stone Smith on this wonderful collaborative masterpiece. I can't wait to listen to the sequel and am looking forward to what the future holds for these two artists!

JD always has a plan.

Good story to listen to for a few hours while gaming or driving. First apocalyps story ive listened to in a while caused by human hands. Characters seem to always have a rough idea of what to do.

Definite food for thought…

As someone who is an avid listener of books in this genre, this is one that definitely hits close to home. Living in a small town with limited access to resources, the author highlighted many of the challenges when resourcefulness hits small town politics and other such nonsense.

Looking forward to the next installment in the series!

Unknown Author and Narrator

I enjoyed this more than I thought I would and it certainly has a lot of room to grow. the author high lights some very interesting points to think about, not just as a story, but some situations that could very well happen and should be taken seriously. I had never heard of this author before, but I can't wait to find out what happens next. the narrators performance was more than I could have asked for. great characters, certainly added life to a story with so many characters, great job.

Great Start

Great start. Story could benefit from character development. There are several characters and you meet them all pretty quick. Hard to connect with the characters, easy to lose track of them. Also, the repeated use of "retard" and the unnecessary Jew joke were bothersome - even to this avid reader (150+ books year) - I cannot recall ever being bothered by text. Otherwise it was well paced with likeable characters and a believable premise. Looking forward to part 2.

It hooked me in!

I am excited for the release of the second book! I loved the jesting between friends/family. It made the characters seem more relatable to me. Loved the magazine/clip quip. I do feel like more time could have been spent on the get home part of the book and maybe more detail in general. So, I definitely wanted more time with the book!

I was not a big fan of the narrator. Some of the female/teen characters he voiced were a little cheesy. He did nail the more "manly" characters.

Very fast paced

I like the premise of the story but book 1 didn't continue to really build upon the "WHY" as to how everything started. Hopefully we'll get more of the backstory on the trigger event in book 2. The narrator voiced a couple of characters that had me roll my eyes, but overall it wasn't bad. It is fast paced and definitely has some violence in a handful of spots.

True Colors Show

This book highlights the protagonist’s philosophy of people just need to be given the chance to prove that they can be evil. You truly see that even good people can devolve into the crazy when the SHTF.
It highlights a good list of tactics and supplies to help you survive. The book left you wondering what you may need to do to prepare yourself and your family for a societal crisis or disaster. Left me wondering, how prepared am I what would I be willing to do.
