About this listen

Joseph Banbury's life takes an extraordinary turn when he's drawn into an otherworldly dialogue with the Devil himself. Tasked with documenting this unparalleled interview, Joe dives into a narrative that blurs the lines between myth and reality, good and evil. As he navigates the complexities of the Devil's tales, Joe uncovers secrets that challenge the foundations of his beliefs and the world's understanding of the celestial balance. Faced with a prophetic warning about a pivotal choice that could reshape the universe, Joe's journey becomes a testament to the power of questions and the search for truth.

"Interview with the Devil" is a compelling tale that invites listeners to explore the depths of their convictions and the possibility of redemption in the darkest of narratives. Through a tapestry of philosophical exploration and cosmic intrigue, this novel questions the essence of humanity and the intricate dance of fate and free will.

It was all,going along smoothly…

Wtf was that ending? What a let down to end like this. When you finally get to Lucifer and his side of things it just ends?

Good Story, half finished.

While not the most egregious, this book is a great example of how not to write a cliffhanger. It reads like a act 1 in a 2 act play with years of intermission between act 2. Its slow boil questioning of faith and theology does an amazing job, but it cuts short as a 2nd act would resume. While this can be done well, it falls short by only answering one question, and that unsatisfactorily. Its a good book, if an incomplete one. Once the story is complete, maybe I'll increase my rating...

Boring

The author is a very good writer and the narrator was excellent, but the story itself was painfully slow, tedious, and boring. I finally gave up at the end of chapter 14 because I found myself wondering why I was even continuing listening.

I had hoped I would enjoy this but it's extremely frustrating to listen for so many hours and nothing ever happens. Not a horror book at all. It's more of a study of the most minute details of the main character's life.

It was good

I enjoyed listening to it. Albeit your twisted views of come of the elements of Christianity you mentioned. I hope there is a sequel. It just ended! In a random spot

Loved the storyline!

I really liked the depiction of Lucifer. Well done! I could sense the deception even in the face of what Lucifer was presenting as “the real story”.

Love this book

Amazing concept. A real mind bender if you think about religion yourself. It is a trilogy but only 1 book on audible. Need the 2nd and 3rd on here ASAP! Can’t wait to finish the set.
