This is definitely not a diet audiobook! Having been a long time follower of James and his JSA, I can categorically say this audiobook is everything and more than what I expected. Couldn’t put it down and I only got it this morning!!

I used to ask my self “how much food should I be eating” and never know. With all the different diets - slimming world “eat as much speed food but stick to your healthy extras”, paleo “eat as much fat as you want just not man made”, I went to see a nutritionist “give up diary” but no one seemed to understand I just didn’t know when to eat and when not and only when listening this audiobook did it all come back to me. Our bodies are amazing, let’s stop being part of the billion pound marketing campaign that makes them richer and us poorer and not just financially but mentally, let’s listen to our bodies and be confident in doing so.

Truly life changing, start with simple changes and slowly add more. Simple as blueberry banana coconut water smoothies can reverse a lot of damage, later add the barley grass juice powder, dulce, and Hawaiian spirolina! My fatigue is nearly gone after 2 months of this smoothie once a day!

I ate intuitively my entire life and was always small. Once I started the diet roller coaster things quickly became unmanageable. My weight was never a problem when I ate what I wanted when I wanted. With today's constant barrage of information on what food is in at the moment everyone could benefit from this audiobook.
