MICHAEL IS A SAINT

Great story, horrible narrator. The narrator totally turned me off. Her voice was high pitched and whiny. If one did not know better you would think the story was about a ten year old, bratty child. Jules was 19-20 years old.

Saint did everything he could to help Jules get out of a bad situation. In most situations age is only a number. This kept coming up. It wasn't like there was a 50 years different. The story still had great storylines. I appreciated the fact that Jules got a little depressed but came back fighting each time. She was determined to not be a victim. Her father, sister and mother were a piece of work. She was glad to be away from them. Her brother was a great inspiration. True love conquers all.

Scottish Lass

The story line was enjoyable. However, the narrator sounded like she was reading on a third grade level. Not much emotion in her voice. BUT MY LARGEST COMPLAINT: Please, Please, Please Hire men for the male characters voices!!! It takes soooo much away from the story when a woman drops her voice trying to imitate a male voice. It’s not convincing - it’s irritating. Irritating enough to make a reader put the book down.
