not a to write a journal

The author explores the benefits of journaling and briefly touches on few techniques. I am aware of the benefits and history of journaling for self-improvement which mainly what this book is about. I was looking more on the how to unlock personal power through journaling which I didn't find in the book. The title of the book is misleading. I would like to return the book but unfortunately, I didn't purchase with a credit.

Inspirational

I liked this book. to my taste the rythm of the reaging was a little bit slow sand peculiar. I liked that is not extremely long. I understand why I read some reviews on line (Amazon) saying it does not give the advice necessary or specific.
I liked the fact that it talks about the known origins of journals.
The advice this book gives is gold but It would have been great if it also came with a PDF file, as there's a lot of info that to be followed has to be written down. I guess it's motivation to buy the physical book (maybe?)
