Inspiring story, relatable, realistic healing
Dr. Sethi has done the work and speaks from experience, setting her book apart from others by telling her own story of struggle as well as how she has learned from her patients. This is easy to listen to and I enjoyed the pauses with brief practices related to the stories. The tips for practice were presented in a way that honored all abilities and readiness. Anyone who reads this book will walk away empowered with tools to heal themselves, and inspiration to feel joy even in the midst of struggle and pain.

A powerful uplifting message
A very moving book that teaches about the mind-body connection. It provides meaningful tools to claim joy in any life scenario no matter how difficult a situation/trauma. It provides a positive pathway towards justice in a world full of injustice. Narration is beautiful. A must read.

Heart and soul
This book is a beautiful story of joy and suffering and I am honored to get a view into Tanmeet’s expertise so I can learn to embrace joy when it is the hardest to do so.

decent content but ruined by sounds
Whatever message I was hoping to get from this book was kind of ruined by the constant dinging. So distracting and annoying since it's so frequent. I found myself just waiting for the book to be over. maybe better to get as a hard copy.
