Absolutely Essential Guide For Optimum Health!
So many of the diet books focus on the "feast" part, but this is one of the few books that explain the much needed "fasting" part. Just like you clean-up your house regularly to remove trash and prepare for new items, the body also needs regular periods of cleaning. This book is evidence-based with lots of clinical studies referenced. I would recommend this to anyone as a great introduction and reference for learning about the medical benefits of fasting, as well as how to implement the practice of fasting.
