Questions You Must Ask Before Living Healthy

The recipes looks fabulous and it's a wonderful reference to get anyone started on keto. So far I've made fat bombs and her Mary and they are my go to breakfast and it's been awesome to switch over from plain green tea and a lara bar. I'm excited to try her other recipes and maybe even one of the several great looking plans she has laid out in the book.

I have quite a few low carb and keto cookbooks on my shelf. This is one of the best. The recipes are practical as well as yummy. Highly recommended.

Good book - happy keto eaters

Pretty good book! The recipes are simple and family friendly. No super odd items that leave you scratching your head and cost an arm and a leg. Easily adaptable menus for families.

Informative for the Curious

I have been interested in keto for a while. But, I was always met with either a high price tag to learn about it or very militant ideals.
This book was a good introduction with a more flexible point of view. All-in-alll, good read.

Losing weight with keto is effective!!

The gender difference is one thing that's often overlooked when it comes to a keto diet. I was getting so frustrated when my husband was losing weight much faster than me even though we were doing the same approach.

Rules For Weight Loss

I picked this book up at Costco as I was really curious about the Keto diet and thought hmmm, I think I'm going to give this Keto lifestyle a try. I have been following this plan for six days now and I am thoroughly impressed with my progress so far and how helpful this book is. It is like a one-stop guide to all things keto and I absolutely love and appreciate that the plan is totally customizable and tailored to my individual needs.

Creative Ways to Reverse Cancer

Lessons About How Not To Living Healthy

I tried keto before and while I felt great initially, I ended up getting really anxious and frustrated because I was stressing myself out over macros and what I wasn't "allowed" to eat. Marry's approach is so much healthier for me and leaves me feeling positive and hopeful.

Most Effective Tactics To Improve Memory

I found the book to be very informative, simple to follow and understand! And the author is Canadian which makes it a little easier knowing that the ingredients are easily accessible and where to purchase them. I was able to find most of the ingredients with no problem at all. Which is always a plus when following a healthy eating plan.
