Too much advertising. When I wasn't getting the hard sale on his products it was an entertaining, informative read. You're a pretty good salesman Peter, but I didn't buy this book expecting an advertising blitz.

Incomplete without the promised PDF
I agree with another review that this is for people who can spend far more than most of us can afford, but on the other hand, that is the way with most new technologies. My biggest complaint, which I expect and hope will be soon corrected, is that I cannot find the PDF without which the book is incomplete.
Two weeks later and after extensive chats with Amazon, the pdf is still unavailable unless I buy the book again on a different website. The book makes extensive references to the pdf, I although I find the subject and text well written, I cannot recommend this book in this form from Amazon.

Useful suggestions that are actionable
It’s nice that Peter read the book himself. The information given is data/research driven and all aimed at helping us live a healthier and happier life. There’s clear actions suggested throughout the book that anyone can do and is proven to work. The key is we have to follow through and do them.

No good information about the therapeutic benefits of the Ketogenic, low carb higher fat, or carnivore diets.
This strategy is probably good for people who are already metabolically healthy but as an intervention for the people who aren't it is sorely lacking. If you're in good shape this strategy will likely keep you healthy. If you're not there's better ways to get you healthy but avoiding healthy red meat and saturated fats won't do it.

9 hour Fountain Life Ad
Diamandis is very upfront and honest about his connection to Fountain Life. His affiliation and promotion is extremely present and clearly at the top of his list. I felt like this book was a 9 hour advertisement for the Fountain Life program, an unrealistically expensive program not of any benefit to the average person. He even tells you that at one point. Additional he refers to a PDF that was to be included however was not. The vast amount of information is the same as so many other books including Life Force that he is also a part of. Redundant and disappointing in the lack of new information and information "real people" can obtain and use. If you've not read much in the way of longevity and don't mind the constant plugs for his program it's worth a listen, maybe!
