This book is great if you have low self esteem issues and could use a guide in order to direct yourself back to self love and to know what to do, this one is the best.

Very helpful audiobook
You won't find big words or lofty philosophies in this book. What you will find are relatable, understandable and apt examples for daily negativity that seeps into our lives. The book makes you aware of these otherwise mundane instances and invites you to change your perspective inch by inch.

Awesome Audiobook
This is exactly what I was looking for and what I need. Very easy to listen and easy to understand how to control relationship with others and how can make some lovely moments with those people. I love that this book includes exercise that I can try. Thank you Stuart Banks.

Excellent book !
It will discuss improving concentration and getting rid of laziness, which is essential to overcoming your tendencies, setting goals and achieving them concretely. Many other tips regarding how to combat procrastination and manage your time will also be covered, along with how you can maintain these habits to ensure you aren't wasting time. This is a Life-changing book.

Well explained guide
I've studied psychology and spirituality for basically my entire life. This book takes the concepts of the four agreements into the self and guides the user beautifully through the journey of self discovery.
