Husband Reviews Book on Menopause
As my spouse and I have now entered mid-life; we’re noting various changes in our social calendar. Our eighteen-year-old firstborn son has left for a MAC-10 university. Our youngest daughter is now a freshman in high school and is contemplating sports and activities new to our family. Each of us finds some joy and success in our mutual careers and are considering new and exciting ways to grow older together.
This said, I found it only natural to understand better the biology of what that means for my wife. This book should be a mandatory resource for couples who wish to be married as much as a shared theological text or “Men are from Mars; Women are from Venus” should be considered for the beginning stages of relationship.
Although the subject of menopause is not typically a topic focused on the interests of men; I found it to be informative and eye-opening. Audible picked a good resource.

Excellent menopause book!
The book was very thorough and had evidence-based information with practical applications throughout! I liked the strategies suggested, especially with partners to support them too.
