If you want to learn more about Meal Prepping then this book is for you. My sister recommend me this book, because I take care of the health of my family and myself. The author gives us much information what Meal Prep is, benefits of Meal Prepping, getting started with Meal Prep and much more useful information.
What does Sam Slydell bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Meal prepping is indeed a good idea for a busy person like myself as it is tiresome to cook after work and I can also control the portion of my meal as I would just eat the size that's reheated.I think this book is a good guide.

These meal prep containers have really saved me some valuable time. I get my meals done ahead of time and refrigerate. I can even put them in the freezer when needed. Very reasonably sized and doesn't take up much space since they are stackable, great quality too

It you're trying to eat healthier and cleaner, by this book! Preparation is the key to success in the weight loss arena and this book taught me how to get prepared! I feel better about what I'm eating and that's the most rewarding.

Great recipe ideas and you won’t have to worry about the health of your family since almost everything in this book is pretty much for healthy eating. I already cooked and tried Veggie Lettuce Wraps and it was delicious. Highly recommended.

If you could sum up Meal Prep: The Essential Beginner's Guide - Quick and Easy Meal Prepping for Weight Loss and Clean Eating in three words, what would they be?
We are a family of four and have been trying to improve our eating habits so I thought I’d read this ebook and it’s been so helpful! Great tips and tricks for meal prep and awesome recipes for inspiration for any meal or snack. We’ve really enjoyed it! The favorite is the smoothie packs! Just throw it in the blender. Kids have been eating smoothies for the last week since getting this book. Really great to get some healthy options, quick, easy to follow and improve meals. Highly recommend.

The recipes are concise and clear. There is a description of each meal at the top of the recipe, a clear ingredient list, nutritional facts and amount of servings, and step by step directions. I have always had trouble figuring out how to start meal planning and this book makes it easy!

It goes from organizing your meals all the way to preparing and storing it. It shows you step by step how to go about it, which is very helpful.
