This guide covers everything in detail!
I recently heard about the mediterranean diet and wanted to give it a try. This book was a great way to do research and learn exactly how to go through with this new way of eating. I have been eating healthier by following the advice in this book and I have found some delicious recipes that are helping me cook new meals for me and my family. Based on the information I've learned from this guide I can see how this diet can really help me lose weight. I am excited to continue, it works with my lifestyle and I'm already seeing results.

Overall, good food wisdom
There are many studies out there that support the benefits of a Mediterranean diet, and this book does a good job breaking down the rules this diet requires. This book is good for beginners to the Mediterranean diet but should be noted that it will require great will power and planning to make sure you're able to stay on track. I think once you get used to the requirements, it probably gets easier, but it does sound like a lot of restrictions at first.
The book provides many recipes for each meal. It also gives good advice for how to go about shopping and what to look for on labels as well as what you should ask about when eating out. This book is good for someone whose health is at a dangerous point of pre-diabetes or one with high blood pressure as making the changes recommended will likely cause a quick transformation for the better.

Detailed guide of the Mediterranean Diet
I really enjoyed this audiobook! The book started off with a great introduction into the Mediterranean Diet and the reasoning behind the health benefits of the diet which really got me hooked. The book continued with so many more important chapters including overall steps for success, tools needed to get started, guides for how certain snacks and spices could benefit your body, and even substitutions that give a great overall guide of the diet plan.

Easy for Everyday Food
It made understanding the diet easy. It was not too scientific and it gave pointers to help make changes easier. The food is straight forward and delicious.
In Chapter 5, the chicken and Grecian skillet was my favorite recipe. Like many of the recipes, it was easy to make and gave me a step by step instruction to cook the meal. The cooking time, the macro count, and the simplicity of the ingredients make every recipe easy to follow.
Sometimes the hardest part about sticking o a diet is figuring out what to eat. If it is too complicated I won’t do it. I don't have the time. This was easy. Thanks!

Loved the Mediterranean Dash Diet!
After having read the Dash Diet for Beginners, I was convinced that this was worth the listen as well. It was very informative and revealed many things in relation to health and eating habits that I had not considered before. For anyone looking to switch up their diet with Mediterranean food, this book gives you the perfect tips and tricks to start off on the right foot with a number of great examples!

Delicious and simple way to slim down
I like the idea of a Mediterranean diet, didn’t know how simple it could be. It makes sense that people who stick to it seem pretty slim!
I will be trying this out and looking forward to seeing the results.

Veggie heavy diet plan
I wasn't sure how an audio version of a diet plan book was going to be when I first began listening to it. It turned out to be very insightful. The author not only provides some great sounding recipes that fit the plan, but they also provide reasoning and benefits to the food types focused on during the Mediterranean diet. The best part is they suggest substitutes for both unhealthy food cravings you might have, and for fast food menu items. I can't wait to start cooking some of these recipes.

Decent beginner's guide
Like many people, I'm sure, I've heard all about the benefits of the Mediterranean diet. This was a good guide for beginner's--much more in-depth than the usual magazine articles and web posts I've read. My biggest criticism, though, would be that a diet book, especially one with recipes, is maybe better in written form. Your mileage may vary, of course.
