I love it
I like how the ideas here are easy to implement into my daily life. The author did a good job of keeping the book engaging ( the exercises are easy ) and to the point. I feel like I've learned a few things after the read. I would recommend to anyone.

It's a great book. Really teaches you the basics about controlling your self in difficult situations by having a tough mind and discipline. It really helps if you follow the exercises the book asks you to do and in the end, you'll end up a better person.
