What an incredibly practical guide full of insights and tips!

I’m so excited about this book! My 14-year old son used to love soccer and played with passion. As he got older, the excitement faded, and criticism affected him negatively. I love how this book teaches kids to use criticism to their advantage. I can’t wait to share this with my son. A Terrific Listen for your Young Soccer Player

I truly enjoyed Ryan Rosenthal's wonderful and thought provoking approach to building character and enhancing the performance of young athletes. This is a deep dive into the game of soccer and the developmental approach to becoming a successful player. Soccer is such a popular entry point of sports for young people but it often ends there as kids move on to other sports. This is a perfect listening experience for the child that really engages with soccer or any other sport for that matter.

All Athletes Need THIS book!

I enjoyed this read so much that I am passing it onto my friends and kids who are athletes. I found so many valuable tips as this author gives examples of strong visualizations and meditations to help athletes calm and center themselves. I will definitely pass on what I have learned to my son who plays basketball. It will help him tremendously if he can visualize the outcome and remain calm with these breathing techniques given as well as positive self talk. The author also gives inspiring examples of athletes such as Messi. This is a motivating handy book for anyone playing any sports who want to play their best games possible!
