Excellent
While I definitely have a couple large garbage bags in my trunk ready to go donate after listening this, the physical minimalist information was just a small part of this book. his discussion about the emotional toll of "stuff" or friendships or money woes or our favorite distractions was very eye opening and so much deeper than other "minimalist" works.

I absolutely love it!! Not only is it 5 stars because it is a great listen, but because it allows room for you to discover what is important to you and to define minimalism for yourself. Ironically packed full of useful info
Loaded with ways to help you declutter not just your home, but your entire life. Pare down, simplify. I could listen to this audiobook five different times and have a new Takeaway every time! Well worth the time!

I LOVE this book
I LOVE this book- i love that is approaches minimalism in a very holistic way. In the book he really focuses on a minimalistic mindset. I have listened quite a few books on minimalism and this is the one I like the most. He talks about in a way that makes you figure out what minimalism looks like to you.

Life changing!
Absolutely loved this book. It wasn’t extremely long & was packed with actionable steps. I love how the chapters are broken down by different parts of life so I can refer back to whichever parts I need to anytime without re-listening to the whole book.

The book is quick and easy to listen(and listen to; I bought the Audible version, too). Relatable people in relatable circumstances who used real-time methods to make reasonable changes for livable results. Practical ideas for real people like the authors.
