About this listen

The disaster on the moon ruined Nick Morrison’s life....

Broke and mistreated by his former employers, he’ll have to put the pieces back together himself...by going back to the moon.

Lunar prospecting is the next big thing, and companies are raking in the bucks. Nick has a plan to get a piece of the action—but he’ll first have to overcome the agonizing difficulties of surviving up here. To do that, he must work with Joe Massad, who nearly killed Nick two years ago. Joe seems to have put aside his ambitions to conquer the moon and Earth, but has he really changed?

As fatal accidents at the moon base stack up, Nick realizes that Joe isn’t his only problem. His enemies on Earth are out to get him. He must outwit them, or the lives of everyone on the moon may be in danger.

The sequel to the stunning science-based thriller from NYT best-selling authors Felix R. Savage and Rhett Bruno delivers a pulse-pounding drama of lunar survival and heartbreak.

About the Creator

Rhett C. Bruno is the USA Today and Audible #1 bestselling co-author of Dead Acre, The Luna Missile Crisis, and The Buried Goddess Saga series, and author of the Children of Titan series, among other works. He was nominated for a Nebula award for his short story "Interview for the End of the World." About the Creator

Felix was born too late to be a knight in armor and too early to be a space colonist. He makes up for it by writing action-packed science fiction epics that have sold over 130,000 copies worldwide and become USA Today bestsellers. Restlessly driven to explore, he was born in the Deep South, grew up in the UK, and now lives in Japan with his wonderful wife, two beautiful daughters, and their feline overlords. His books cover the spectrum of science fiction from hard sci-fi to through space opera to comedic science fiction, but all deliver his trademark blend of rich characterization, gripping plots, and unexpected twists. Until the day when we can vacation on Mars, this is as good as it gets!

About the Performer

Scott is an actor and writer living in NYC. Best known for recurring character Tommy Barkow on Showtime’s Billions, Scott’s other television credits include The Good Fight (CBS, recurring), Blue Bloods (CBS, guest), The Deuce (HBO), The Path (Hulu), God Friended Me (CBS), The Newsroom (HBO), and Person of Interest (CBS). Scott has also narrated over one hundred audiobooks. He received a 2015 Earphones Award for his narration of Small Mercies by Eddie Joyce. Through numerous projects at Audible Studios, he has also been nominated for two Audie Awards (Best Nonfiction, 2013 and Best Fantasy, 2018). His first full-length play, Bernie and Mikey’s Trip to the Moon, received its Off-Broadway debut in 2018 at 59E59 Theaters. Scott is a graduate of The Juilliard School of Drama (Group 41).

Moon grew the * up!

This book surprised me. The first already set up a significant web of intrigue for the path to conquer the moon. Sometimes it’s spinning faster than I can keep track of, but I hung on to the end of this one and wow, it’s not letting up anytime soon. Book three is going to be epic, I’m sure of it!
