For Beginners

As a two year vegan, I struggled to finish the book. It is extremely repetitive and the information discussed is widely available on the internet.

The book states facts though and I feel it is intended for new comers to the vegan ways.

It’s a must!!!!

This was an eye opener, I learned something I was lacking in the short years I’ve been a vegan endurance athlete and this is as the piece I was missing. Now to put this to work !

Love it!

Finished the book within days. Normally only listen to Audible books during my run, I listened to this book any chance I got. Very motivating, cant wait to try the recipes and hopefully also get creative w my meals.

Great book with great insight on how athlete shape their nutrition am training for a marathon. This book helped me to refine my nutrition during running sessions.

enjoyed learning about all the different amazing athletes stories in the book. I enjoyed looking them up and learning more about them.

Great perspectives in the plant based exercise world!

This book is a refreshing look at so many amazing plant based athletes and how they fuel. I really had no idea that a fully plant based diet was the foundation of SO MANY record holding athletes. I’m no competitor, just against myself, and I’ve been plant based for many years. And I will listen to this a second, third, and forth time and probably but the hard copy. This book is jam packed with info about what and how people fuel, includes recipes, and to top it off, is narrated really well. Totally worth owning and sharing!
