clear definition
This book consists of some clear instruction of different movement. For example, pushing and pulling movement. In the past, when I saw these lingo for exercise, I just had no idea about what type of exercise it means. But after listening to this book, I have a more clear understanding and picture of these terminologies. I appreciate the author and narrator for making that clear for readers.

you will save a lot of time studying
This is a great way to prepare for the NASM exam and to become a certified personal trainer. I like that there are practice questions at the end of each chapter to assess your comprehension. The narrator's voice and tempo are excellent.

Perfect for audio - great book!
If ever there were a group of people who need audio because they're always on the go... it's trainers and fitness people. So audio is the perfect medium for this book. Where’s the rest of the domains?
This study guide only has domains 1 and 2 available, out of 6 domains. Although it’s very helpful in understanding the material and especially like the review multiple choice questions but I wish they had domains 3-6 as well.
