Altered Verbage & Dumbed Down Definitions

The narrator did a fantastic job narrating. However, the descriptions used and the words chosen to describe the energy systems and mechanical processes of the human body are dumbed down!!! For those who aren't educated in anatomy and kinesiology will have a difficult time on the exam due to the fact they were told that "levers" are "bars" and that the planes of human movement are compared to aviation, and that the metabolism "sprinkles" ATP into cells. It appears that the definitions have been altered and changed to make it comprehensible to a much younger generation. I had to stop listening and sought out another source. 😳 🤔 😬
