VERY INFORMATIVE AND EASY TO LISTEN TO.

I've enjoyed this book and the reader. I found it very informative - and while I had a basic understanding of macro nutrition, she gave new information I had not found in the past. Great read and well worth the credit & time to listen.

Also, FYI, I almost did not purchase because I saw quite a few reviews that people could not get PDF because the link she gives is a dead link... the harper link is, in fact, a dead link, but I found out, if you simply go to your library in Audible, find the book title and the PDF download is there and very easy to access.

On repeat

This book is absolutely life-changing! So much knowledge and insight from Christine. The book appeals to all lifestyles and body sizes. I’m not a person who diets, so this was great way to look at adjusting my food intake.
One thing I wish the Amazon, audible books, is a table of contents so you can look at the chapters and know what section you are reading exactly(or maybe it was just this book).

Actual reliable information without the fluff

This book actually gives you all the answers and information you need to determine what works best for you and your body type. Not some long winded version of an infomercial that’s just pushing a product. In addition to all the quality, science based information she provides a ton of great recipes. The accompanying PDF is a great resource too if you want to get right to the info.

Loved it! Bought the audible

It explains everything in so detail and easy to understand also nice voice to hear very clear.
I think everyone can benefit from this book if you just want to loose some fat or just maintain or body recomposition is excellent. I enjoy it very much.

Wish I had found it sooner

I’ve been training incorrectly for years based on my macrotype. I am excited to see the results from applying the suggested exercises, diet, and maintenance suggested in the book. I love that she included maintenance also. 

Even if I had found the book sooner, I don’t think I would’ve been ready for it; I think I can turn my body into a little science project and get the physique I have been wanting with the information provided.

I have a couple auto immune issues and an insulin resistant … this books covers it all, including macro types of runners and issues with building muscle/gaining weight.

Happy I found it!

Excellent for the macro novice

After being told by many of my trainer friends that counting macros is the way to go I’ve finally jumped on board through Christine’s excellent explanation and scientific background she has towards this subject through research and training over 40K people. I’m excited to put to use this valuable information! Her voice is also pleasant to listen to and very articulate in explaining complicated matter. Thanks Christine!

Awesome book!!!!

I’ve been learning about nutrition and fitness for the last few years and all the information is overwhelming. This puts most of all the info I’ve heard over the years into perspective to understand which approach applies to me personally. So glad I found it!
