Actual reliable information without the fluff
This book actually gives you all the answers and information you need to determine what works best for you and your body type. Not some long winded version of an infomercial that’s just pushing a product. In addition to all the quality, science based information she provides a ton of great recipes. Wish I had found it sooner
I’ve been training incorrectly for years based on my macrotype. I am excited to see the results from applying the suggested exercises, diet, and maintenance suggested in the book. I love that she included maintenance also. 
Even if I had found the book sooner, I don’t think I would’ve been ready for it; I think I can turn my body into a little science project and get the physique I have been wanting with the information provided.
I have a couple auto immune issues and an insulin resistant … this books covers it all, including macro types of runners and issues with building muscle/gaining weight.
