Good Advice to Help with Self-Discipline
This book was well written and researched, you can tell as you listen to it. There are bits of advice or tips on how to catch yourself that are worth the price of the book many times over. The book is concise yet very effective, doesn't go long into the non-actionable information etc. that we all want but can get through additional research etc.

Excellent read
Great book! Just finished and going to listen again. Very practical application not redundant at all. The author spoke about self discipline in a way that was very achievable and gave you different ways to approach not a one size fits all.
