Resource only

I personally didn’t find this book helpful. It’s very informative, but also sterile. I started reading it at seven months pregnant and found that it led to more anxious thoughts than self affirming thoughts. I recommend that if you’re going to read this book, you do so before getting pregnant as an resource guide and overview of general hospital birth protocol.
