The Most Comprehensive Guide on Health and Nutrition
I’ve always had difficulty trying to navigate what is good and what is bad for me in terms of nutrition. This book has cleared it all. And in summary it’s the balance between eating the right Whole Foods and exercise. So far this has made the most sense to me. Roberta’s reading is engaging and the pace is just right for digesting the information she has presented. I highly recommend this.

Anyone wanting to adopt a healthier lifestyle
Anyone wanting to adopt a healthier lifestyle must review.
There is a lot of fantastic information. Be prepared to take notes regularly. I love the idea that it is written by a registered dietitian. This is a book you’ll want to listen to more than once until you’ve mastered. The only annoying thing is the constant useable of, “keep in mind”. Some days just drove me nuts.
Definitely recommend.

I learned a ton. The vitamins and mineral discussions were to detailed for me right now, but the micronutrient portions really cut through a lot of confusion for me that I had found on the, ahem... Internet.

Good information
Roberta Anding clearly knows her stuff and cares about it too, and it's always a pleasure to listen to someone teach what they love. The material was surprisingly technical, which I personally liked, and has made me try to modify my eating habits.
Some of the material's pacing can be a little uneven, with a topic or new concept being introduced for only a sentence or two before moving on. But there are long-standing themes and lessons that come up again and again to form a sort of thesis and main takeaways, which to me is most important.
