Best nutrition and exercise advice ever

As a woman who has struggled all her life with weight and has tried every possible diet and exercise plan, this audiobook is by far the best, soundest, and down-to-earth advise I have ever come across. I'm slowly starting to implement some of the changes suggested here and I'm feeling better every day, and gaining insight on how my body acts and reacts. Absolutely recommended. If you are reading this, I send you all the best vibes and energy, so you can achieve your goals too!

phenomenal book

I think this book is probably one of most solid books I have listen to on Audible. I believe this is probably one of the most best book listen to so far I cannot even put a price tag to it I'm just happy I came across and read it

Changing ideas to change body composition

I liked the course. I will listen to it a second time, with more intent and the accompanying pdf to take notes. I have already started to make changes to my nutrition and exercises routine but I hope that with a second "read" I'll derive even more facts and strategies to better myself. I've listened at 1.20x speed and the narrator was perfectly understandable.

You'll explore social topics regarding weight, health, and the effects of excersise. Excellent for beginners in lifestyle changes

Recommend starting at the last chapter in the book. I believe that it should be the first one to get you thinking about you decisions to change your body composition.

If wanting great true information this is the book

loved the book even though I'm 6 years late on the lecture the information is top notch. I been studying fitness and nutrition for 11 years and every thing talked about and discussed in this book is true. I have done a lot to my body and can't wait to utilize the more in depth info I got now been basically trail and error but the knowledge gained is great because many conclusions I came to was in the book.
