Mostly good short stories

Have you listened to any of James Foster’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Solid as usual

Any additional comments?

For the most part, I enjoyed the short stories. I received this audiobook for free through Audiobook Boom for my unbiased review.

What a great compilation!

Another phenomenal book that tells more stories that take place at the same time as Adrian's. Some of these directly affect him, while others simply stand alone. Although each story in itself is great, I would highly recommend reading the complete AUD series first.

A Must Have Anthology of AUD's Multiverse

Only the Light We Make was steeped with rich storytelling in the vein of AUD. I enjoyed every single story in the collection. There were several that I could say were my favorites. Of my top three were "Redemtion", "The Shadow", and "Only a Few Miles From Home." ALL the authors outdid themselves adding their own unique perspective to Adrian's world. It's like an AUD multiverse. Each story complimented the others.

This was a fantastic listen and I would highly recommend it. I haven't listened to all the AUD stories and found this easy to follow. There's an excellent human element in these stories unlike many others in this genre. I'd say if you're new to Chris Philbrook or any of the other authors or Adrian's Undead Diary Series, then pick this one up and get started.

James Foster is bar none one of the best voice actors there is. He gives each of these stories their own individual feel while staying in the 'verse of AUD. His performance was outstanding, especially in Redemtion. Loved it!

Only the Light We Make

More short stories that take place in the world of AUD. This one in particular has quite a few stories that tie directly into the main series and it was fun when the pieces come together and you realize exactly the story fits. Definitely recommended for fans of the series

I forget her name, but she's the girl who had just got the courage to approach Adrian

If you could take any character from Only the Light We Make out to dinner, who would it be and why?

Gilbert, he's a cool old dude.

Fantastic.

This author never ceases to impress me and these short story collections just keep getting better and better. Not ashamed to say I have an addiction to these books/short story collections. All around awesomeness and would highly recommend if you’re a fan of the zombie/apocalypse genre…and even if you’re not.
