WOWW! This audiobook is just beyond beautiful. Tgis is so so useful for dealing with an insecure attachment style. The author has explained proven strategies in order to deal with them. A very insightful and a much informative guide. The tips for breaking bad patterns and adopting good ones, to make your partner love and respect you, to set boundaries and much more is explained so well in this audiobook. Moreover, the narration was so engaging that it compelled me to listen to it till the very end.

Great Topic
This is an excellent book for people who have issues connecting with others. I believe I have an attachment disorder because of past traumas that need to be resolved.
