Basic

Nothing new. Let me sum up the book for you: Do basic ab exercises like crunches & leg lifts & eat protein; cut out cabs, especially simple carbs. If you are obese, lose most of the weight first though aerobics. He then finishes off with some rah, rah, PMA.

Good quick listen providing high level information

Mention ways people can progress up to the movements suggested if they are unable. For example most people new to fitness can't perform leg lifts without arching their lower back. Also - you suggest to take 400 milligrams of Chromium but I believe you meant micrograms. 400mg is extremely high.
