Amazing guide to releasing anxiety

no cures here but a really comprehensive guide to taking the anxiety down and letting peace take its place.

Thank you

I started with my first auditable last night. Let’s just say, horrible experience. I am grateful I tried again. This author/narrator provided profound insight and realistic tools to manage my anxiety. I am 60 years old. I speak with a therapist, currently, 3 times per week. I am under psychiatric/meds care. Just goes to show answers are out there, when delivered by the right person

useful information

Noticing my anxiety and proactively working with it does make it less. I also believe the energy you radiate is absorbed by people around you. This is all good info in this Audio. Even if you've already heard it before. It's good to be reminded.

Just what I needed!

I love & will be using the techniques Gabrielle gave. Thank you for sharing. I never thought about thinking through an anxiety attack, to ask myself the questions she suggests or to check my body to see where I’m feeling it. I like the breathing through them and the positive reinforcement. There is so much helpful information here. I’ll be listening to this one again & anyone dealing with a stressful situation or suffering with anxiety (most of us) this is a great read/listen! Thank you Gabrielle for offering this one at no charge 💕

Enjoyable

This was nice, the lady is funny at times. Most of the stuff she said I sort of already knew. I wouldn’t really recommend this to anyone really. It’s short enough that I didn’t mind it. I might look into her other stuff just to see what she’s about and if she has better stuff. But I did enjoy her speaking voice at least.
