Covers A Wide Range
Whether we are talking about genetics, science, health, and the like, it has been said that since we live in an imperfect world, every minute we stay, this world is slowly, but surely taking a toll on our bodies. Even though we can't stop aging, there have been different means that have been discovered which allow for us to remedy our conditions. Listening to this book, I've learned a lot about hair loss. Since it does run in the family somewhat, I never know what may happen. This book covers a wide range of means to help remedy the condition. Everything from hygiene, chemicals, what tools to use, and even what one eats. With all that is provided, I'm going to take every step necessary and I hope everyone who is wise enough to listen to this book will do the same.

I wish I found this earlier
great insight and super informative, not only the dietary side but the chemical and hormonal information I found really interesting. I've been baling like my hair is on fire for years and I hope some of these tools will help me to hold onto what I got left. An Excellent Resource!
I was surprised about how much I learned and how much I didn’t know about hair loss. I knew that hair loss can be caused by genetic factors and aging, but I didn’t realize how hormonal changes and lifestyle habits can lead to hair loss. I learned how diet and exercise can prevent hair loss, in addition to other lifestyle changes that can help promote healthy hair growth.
I liked the 25 different strategies that can help promote healthy hair growth and prevent hair loss and I want to keep listening to this book over and over so I can commit these strategies to memory. I think this book teaches skills that will help my overall health. Well Done!

Fantastic Audiobook
If you’re looking for a clear, concise and well written book on the options to address hair loss, then Regrow by Simeon Nikolov is the audiobook to listen to right now. The 24 strategies to promote hair growth and prevent hair loss were well laid out and easy to follow.
And even if hair loss is not your primary focus, this book has invaluable information on ways to make your scalp and hair healthier which I will be putting into practice.
Seth Hayes did a great job of narrating at the right pace and the tone was lively and informative. Highly recommend!
