Never knew what retroactive jealous was

I married my husband when we were both 35, and I’ve struggled with jealousy about his past. It felt like I was stuck in a cycle while everyone else seemed to enjoy their relationships. This book really helped me. It’s straightforward to understand, even if you’ve tried other things before. The tips for handling triggers are working well and keeping a trigger diary was a game-changer. What I loved most was learning to focus on the present instead of his past. We even started doing the 30-minute daily ritual together, which is bringing us closer together. I appreciate such a through bundle that really pulls all of these topics together.
