Helpful for self-evaluation
Very helpful in evaluating my emotions. I’ve dealt with jealousy and insecurities after being in unfaithful romantic relationships. I thought I was clear of those emotions until I was told recently I was a jealous person. This book helped to put some things into perspective and also gives some very helpful tips on how to deal with emotions of jealousy. All in all I found it very helpful to push me in a better direction.

Learning a lot from this!
The book is a good guide to understanding jealousy. Understanding what causes it makes it easier to address this feelings and be able to connect more to people without having this linger on ourselves.

This book is a very educational tool for everyone to understand and overcome jealousy. This is a very big problem especially for people in a relationship. Jealousy book review
I must admit to being something of a relationship junkie - having been in one non-stop ever since college. This book has opened my eyes to something I always wondered about: codependency. And I can see that I suffer from many of the symptoms. The author of this thought-provoking book introduces the idea of a mindful relationship where you can be open and intimate without being attached. This is definitely something I intend to work on.
