How Did She Know?
What a great book and I’m not even finished yet. There are so many twists and turns in forming relationships but this book clearly examines some of my fears and concerns and provides real life solutions. This is a must read if you want to heal from past experiences or you want your current relationship to last.

loved this
I found this book just as I was struggling with all my crazy thoughts that would keep me up and bring about so much anxiety. I realized that my rumination was ruining my relationship. i took a chance and listened and this book made so much sense. Very helpful
I enjoyed listening to this and self-reflecting on the things that I need to aware of and do better at. I truly wish that I would’ve found this book early this year an listened to it.
