Finding Balance
After listening to this book, I feel that I may need to listen to this each year. It's hard to find balance in life, but finding rest is so important to our well-being. Smith gives great tips and has helped me to understand the kind of rest I need. As I start my teaching career again, I know the rest I need is one where I am not around many people and would like peace and quiet. Excellent book and would recommend!

Wow did I need this change in perspective.
Dr. Dalton-Smith provides the what, why and how to approach our lives. I will always think of productivity in a different light. Time to rest. First I need to assess the best rest for me.

Good book with some challenges.
Good book. It is told from an evangelical Christian perspective, so is difficult if you are coming from another religious tradition. Also heavy on perspective as a mother and wife and if that is not your context, then challenging. Good points on different types of rest.
