Finding Balance
After listening to this book, I feel that I may need to listen to this each year. It's hard to find balance in life, but finding rest is so important to our well-being. Smith gives great tips and has helped me to understand the kind of rest I need. As I start my teaching career again, I know the rest I need is one where I am not around many people and would like peace and quiet. Excellent book and would recommend!

Wow did I need this change in perspective.
Dr. Dalton-Smith provides the what, why and how to approach our lives. I will always think of productivity in a different light. Time to rest. First I need to assess the best rest for me.
